These are AMAZING. I will forever have chocolate coated candy grapes stocked in a jar in my fridge (they’re also perfect to freeze for a longer shelf life). Think of them like crunchy delicious little nuggets that quite literally burst in your mouth you guys, run don’t walk to the grocery store.
Ingredients:
- 1 package green grapes (500g)
- 1 bar dark chocolate (100g)
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- sea salt, sprinkled to taste
Instructions:
1) Remove all the grapes from the stem, and then if desired, wash and dry them.
2) In a large bowl (big enough to fit all the grapes), melt the dark chocolate over the stove or in the microwave. Meanwhile, chop the almonds and walnuts until they are in small pieces, and combine in a bowl.
3) Add the grapes to your bowl of melted chocolate, add the nuts, and then mix altogether to combine until each grape is coated in nutty chocolate goodness.
4) Line a plate with parchment paper, then pour on all the grapes and spread them out a bit if need. Sprinkle sea salt to taste, and then place in the freezer for 10 minutes until the chocolate solidifies.
5) Keep your chocolate coated candy grapes in a jar in the fridge, or if desired, freeze them!
