This recipe can be made in the air-fryer or oven – instructions below!
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of brussels sprouts (500-700g)
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes, or more to taste
Toppings (amount to preference):
- crumbled feta cheese
- chopped green onion
- drizzled balsamic reduction
- extra chili flakes and black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: In a bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes until evenly coated.
To cook the Brussels Sprouts:
- Air Fryer: Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer and cook at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes, or until crispy and golden to your liking.
- Oven: Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden to your liking.
Add the toppings to your liking, and enjoy!
