Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 block of halloumi, cubed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon

- Sun-dried tomatoes (use smaller cherry sun-dried tomatoes, or slice regular ones in half)

Instructions:
Cook the Halloumi:
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the olive oil and halloumi cubes. Stir gently to coat the halloumi in oil.
