Blended Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Divide the blended chia pudding in 2 portions and pour into small jars or Tupperware of choice. Top with your favourite toppings and store in the fridge.
