Blended Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- pinch salt
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Divide the blended chia pudding in 2 portions and pour into small jars or Tupperware of choice. Top with your favourite toppings and store in the fridge.
