Listen, if you haven’t tried the combo of chocolate and citrus, you’re missing out. Add that with the crunch of some nuts and a bit of sea salt, you have the BEST sweet snack ever!

Instructions:

• 4 tangerines
• 100g dark chocolate, melted 
• 1/4 cup almonds, crushed 
• 1/4 cup walnuts, crushed 
• sea salt, to taste

Instructions:

1) crush a generous handful of both almonds and walnuts and add to a bowl. Sprinkle some sea salt into the nut bowl. 
2) carefully peel your tangerines and then slice them in half to make disks. Meanwhile, melt dark chocolate in a bowl. 
3) first dip the tangerines into the dark chocolate, then into the crushed nuts. Place each onto parchment paper.
4) place in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden, and then enjoy and store in the fridge!
